News
With the 2007 season coming to a close, there are big changes taking place at Hurricane Motorsports.  It looks as if Chris is trading in his asphalt tires for a set of dirt tires.  The sudden change of heart took place after he raced in the Lawrenceburg Funfest with the Mini-Stock class.  When asked about his sudden change of heart Chris said, "You know I had my start on asphalt but after coming down here I have realized that dirt is the way to go.  The main reason is the people, they are just always wanting to help and the promoters take good care of the drivers."  He has is eyes set on a track championship at  Twin-Cities in the Factory Stock class, as well as a U.M.P. points championship.  Good luck Chris were proud of you.

The season also saw Chris jump back behind the wheel of a Demolition Derby car at the Marion County Fairgrounds.  "Although we didn't run as well as we would of liked, this made me see that I can't turn my back on my roots," Chris commented after the heat race.  He plans to run a limited schedule next year, so be on the look out at your county fair for the Hoosier Hurricane.
